POSITION: MeHI Program Intern
DIVISION: Massachusetts e-Health Institute
LOCATION: Boston, Massachusetts*

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Intern will assist the director, project managers and project administrators as needed with routine activities associated with the initiatives of the program. Specific activities may include assisting with the following:
- Reviewing deliverables received from grant participants including reports requests for qualifications.
- Creating spreadsheets for tracking moderately-complex financial and other data
- Data support including activities such as data collection, data entry into various databases, and development of internal reports, including the ONTRAC system that is being utilized to collaborate within and between the Ad Hoc Workgroups.
- Logistical support for meetings and conferences including external reviews and Ad Hoc Workgroup meetings.
- Development of standardized templates to assist in program reporting (typically using Word and Excel).
- Development of promotional materials regarding the Programs, including developing web content, hardcopy handout materials, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Provide support for other special projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Our “candidate of choice” will be an upper-level college student or graduate. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required along with previous experience demonstrating superior customer service and administrative skills. Experience working in an office setting

This position will report to the MeHI Program Director and/or the appropriate MeHI Program Staff.
